Terms and Conditions for Giveaway
Information about how to enter and the prizes we are giving away forms part of the Terms & Conditions of this giveaway. By participating, you are deemed to accept these Terms & Conditions.
This giveaway is brought to you by Greenstreat Services Pty Ltd (ABN 85 651 367 387) with its principal place of business in Albury, NSW (“Greenstreat Australia”).
The giveaway commences at 9.30 am A.E.S.T. on Thursday, 16th February and closes 9pm A.E.S.T. on Thursday, 16th February 2023.
- Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in Australia. Employees of Greenstreat Australia and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.
- Entry: To enter the giveaway, participants must enter their email and spin the wheel on the microsite : https://greenstreat.com.au/greenstreat-birthday/. Participants are choosing to receive marketing emails from Greenstreat Australia. Participants may opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in the emails.
- Rewards: The following rewards will be available for the winners of the giveaway across the 4 Greenstreat stores:
$100 Greenstreat Streatcred (10 units)
$20 Greenstreat Streatcred (30 units)
Free single-serve meal that is up to the value of $16.90 (50 units)
Half price on single-serve meal that is up to the value of $16.90 (100 units)
Free Greenstreat branded T-shirt (20 units)
Free Dash Water branded tote bag (20 units)
Free Dash Water (400 units)
Free premium ingredient valued at $2.50 or $4.50 (400 units)
- Redemption: The rewards are only redeemable in-store on the day of accessing the giveaway page through a QR code or link provided in the store, with the exception of the $100 and $20 Greenstreat Streatcred rewards. The $100 and $20 Greenstreat Streatcred rewards will be loaded on to the Greenstreat app within 2 days of the giveaway. The participant must download the app and ensure that the email used in the giveaway matches the email used for the Greenstreat Australia app. While Greenstreat Australia will attempt to contact the participant, if the participant does not fulfill these obligations within 7 days of the giveaway (11:59pm A.E.S.T. on 23 February), they are effectively forfeiting the prize.
- Redemption of Streat Cred can ONLY be done with the email supplied. Greenstreat Australia will not transfer Streat Cred redemption over accounts.
The rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
- Limitation of Liability: Greenstreat Australia shall not be responsible for any losses, damages or injuries that may result from the use of the rewards or participation in the giveaway.
- General Terms: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Greenstreat Australia, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. Greenstreat Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway at any time without notice.
- Privacy: Greenstreat Australia respects the privacy of its participants and will only use the personal information collected through the giveaway for the purposes stated in these terms and conditions.
